It doesn't pay to avoid updating this thing; you just realize that while everything seems to have stayed the same, very little actually has. Still have kids, cats and family. Went back to college, got a technical/vocational certificate, got a better job (yay!). Still single, still weird, still writing. What more is there?

I always hate trying to figure out some snappy little bio that is both interesting and funny. If I could describe myself that easily, I'd be pretty darn simple, and that isn't something ANYONE would describe me as.
I'm moderately complex, like just about everyone who's worth knowing, I'm a little bit paranoid, am mid-level anxiety prone, and I'm definately wacky. I like reading, writing, watching movies and lots of stuff I'd never put in a bio. Some of my fav foods are dim sum, cherry cheesecake and purdy's caramels. I love my cat Isis, and my daughters, we rent a house with my mother (as opposed to living with my mother) and that's pretty much it for now. Oh, and I'm currently working (yay!) part-time (awww...) and am doing my best to have fun every day.
