bored, bored, bored...

the most annoying thing about avoiding being productive is that I end up being bored.  So I'm dyeing my hair again.  I was tempted to go medium dark, but the hell with it, I'm going as blonde as I can manage!  I've avoided my fav hair colour for like, the last two years because my Ex's partner is naturally white blonde.  Enough of that crap already!

So I'm reclaiming my fav hair colour (and yes, I spell it that way, I'm Canadian, I can't help it) which might spur me on to reclaiming other aspects of my life; like oh, I don't know, writing????

Oh, and I just finished reading The Host by Stephanie Meyer.  Amazing read!!!  Read it!!!  I cried so many times reading that darn book, yet I couldn't stop reading till almost 2 am, just so I could finish it.  I've read her other three books, and while I enjoyed her ability to draw out my emotions, I wasn't impressed enough to buy them (thank you, Library).  This one though... it's gonna be on my shelf the moment I can afford it!
It reminds me a little of Robin McKinley (Sunshine), Tanith Lee (The Silver Metal Lover), and... dam, can't remember.
