long time between posts...

I've been told I need to update my blog, lol, so here I am.  

I've been sick, as has my eldest.  Together we've been pretty miserable.  Bob has developed a real knack for making me feel incompetent as a parent, but I'm trying to not let that get me down.

I haven't been doing much, in general.  being sick, painting the bathroom, oh, I have gotten a new job.  I'll be working at Timmies, so that's something.  

I should be using my 'spare' time to concentrate on writing, but between keeping the kids out of the laytex paint and being ill, well, it hasn't been happening.

I've also been doing more at dollwar, lol.  It's my main escape.  That and dragonfable.  I like the graphics there better, but I prefer the story lines of Adventure Quest.  Still, AQ is hard to get on, and I'm not ready to spend 30 bucks on a website until after I get paid from my new job.

Oh, and bob's still spending his pay cheque like water.  I'm extra glad that we'll be completely separated in April or May (we put the house on the marked April 20th).  Every time I spend a cent of his (even on groceries for the girls!) he seems to feel the need to spend more on himself.  If that ends once we move, I'll be eternally grateful.
